If i could give zero stars i would ...updaated from a 2 star to a 1 .. they are attempting to block me going with another agent and company and they still have jet to speak to me about any quotes .. trash I initially reached out to this company and had the pleasure of dealing with Robin! An actually charm and was super responsive .. when it came to binding my insurance I was told she didn't work there anymore and it took Louisa over 3 days to still never reach me so I called and asked for anyone else. Doug binded my plan and all was done .. well I have attempted to get quotes on my other property and wow what is going on over there. 3 weeks not 1 quote , constant calling and leaving messages .. I guess I was sent to the owner the weekend before memorial day and he still has not sent over

Respond back to clients when they call and email you. Don’t wait weeks to months to respond. I wish I never worked with this place. Doug and Luisa are NOT good representatives to be in customer service. If you can’t handle the job, then you’re in the wrong business. I do not recommend this place. You’ll regret it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

The agency has always been very helpful and engaging in assisting with my needs. Those needs have ranged from coverage changes, lower premium options and disaster claims. I have been with Alpha Insurance for 13 years and have recommended them to friends.

The staff are great at staying in communication with me about my insurance needs. They are proactive about seeing trends and helping me to keep my insurance in line. I'm very happy to have my insurance with them.

Luisa's responsiveness is HORRIBLE. When dealing with something as time-sensitive as insurance, there is NO ROOM for the apathy and lack of concern for deadlines that Luisa exhibits. This was my second and last time using Alpha…. 9/20/21 And Alpha’s RESPONSE to my review is TYPICAL of their record of omitting facts and shifting blame (smh). (What the respondent didn’t say is that Luisa finally contacted me in September from a July email that was sent and resent to her several times😳). Crisis or not- COMMUNICATION is key. I don’t have a reason to give any company a poor review if they haven’t provided profoundly POOR SERVICE. And, Luisa’s service was poor BEFORE the insurance crisis, when we were putting the very same policy in place over a year ago. Thanks, Alpha, for confirming that I
