This auto insurance company is a joke. I have called them 5 times in two days with no help on a policy I just recently purchased. I paid $263 for this policy and have not received any documents. And Alpa does not want to assist in binding the insurance. The women who answer the phone are not helpful, they continuously put you on hold. I was on hold for 9 minutes with no assistance.
