Alstate is a bad insurance agency. They will still ur money. I'm going through the hassle of trying to get my money back. I canceled insurance with them and I don't owe them money. The middle of the month they still money out of my bank account. I call them they say the sent it to collection and they took it out of my account. Then I call collection they have no file on me. When u ask allstate customer service for a supervisor there ain't one. They are not help and they are thieves
