I have had to use your services numerous times and everytime I have been completely satisfied. Sometimes beyond my expectations. Your customer service is top notch. The people are professional, friendly and empathetic to my issues. I can't see using a different organization when this one is so good.

Throughout the years, I have had many different insurance companies for my business, auto and home. Allstate has been one of them. However, I have not purchased any insurance on electronics or appliances, because I try to purchase the best products that I feel do not need insurance. But, when I purchased my last TV from Costco, it came with Allstate’s extended warranty. Well, my Sony Bravia 75” TV recently lost its audio and then the power. So, after 4 years, I thought that it was just an anomaly and I would just bite the bullet and buy another one. Then, I remembered that I might have extended coverage and I did. This is the worst customer service ever. I had a TV fail to turn on. I filed a claim on line. Nothing happened for two days so I chated on line. They said I needed to supply a picture of the TV plugged in and all must be visable. The picture also has to include a piece of paper that has the date on it. I did all of that. I was told I would get a resolution within 24 hours. Still nothing happened. I called again and was told they didnt get the pictures. I sent them again and the Agent confirmed they received them. Next day another email requesting the same pictures now a third time!. I called and sent them a fourth time. The agent again confirmed receipt of the pictures. Still no decision. They are just giving me the run around so they wont have to pay....

Sent my Alienware laptop to SquareTrade/Allstate for a small screen spot. They sent it back worse, with more screen damage than it had originally. (Note that is the 2nd claim I had made using my warranty, and the 2nd time I had to resend the item back because they never repaired the item the first time I sent it in to be fixed). They told me to send it in again, no extra deductible. I was frustrated but said okay. After another two weeks, they returned it with the same damage they caused, plus paint chipping and a cracked bezel. The repair notes literally said: “No repairs made; OS reloaded.” So they wiped my laptop completely instead of fixing anything. So not only do I have a physically damaged laptop, I now I have to reload all of my games and files back to the computer, for no reason

Fighting for a month to get anywhere. Multiple phone calls they'll send me a email to call them no one knows why. Part was bought from a seller on eBay. They don't like eBay receipts or screen shots. They flat out do everything to not honor the warranty. One they knew as it was tied to my email address. Don't use em. Ever. More hassle than it's worth but now I'm furious and want my money back. Got so bad I had to circle the words they were looking for on a screen shot of item and proof of date. And wouldn't you know they want me to call em again. Done with these fools.
