BEWARE! We fired Robbie for poor, poor Customer Service and misrepresentation. We have been his customer for many many years and have in the past experienced poor Customer Service. Then, he tried to sell us on auto insurance and suddenly gave us great customer service, until we needed him! We were not in good hands with Robbie Hussein! he ignored 8 emails and claims that he filed For an adjustment that he had promised us. But when I called Allstate, they said, in fact, he had not filed for any adjustment! Who do you believe?
