Terrible customer service from Vanessa and Bianca. Or whatever her name is. They’ll put you on hold and then hang up the line. Not even a call back. If you can’t help with something then just say that but don’t put people on hold and then hang up. I’ve been working with this specific agent for many years and this is the most trash customer service I have ever encountered. I’m not sure what the hiring process is here but it needs to be revised to ensure qualified agents are hired.
