Allstate Insurance: Anthony Marciano

Best experience with insurance companies so far!

My wife and I were looking for new car insurance after Liberty Mutual increased our rates by 20%. The Marciano Allstate Insurance office was exactly what we needed. Not only did they save us considerable $$ on our premiums but they also were given our home and boat insurances as well. We saved roughly $150.00/month between all three. Great agency with great individuals working there. Highly recommend

I take a vehicle off and my bill still goes up. I didn’t get the help. I need the agent who normally helps me. She’s awesome completely, but there’s so much she can do when something is getting thrown at you and then you have to present it so we take a call off and then the bill goes down and then I’m OK, the next payment two times more no it’s all about the money not the customer

AGENT GOOD, INSURANCE COMPANY BAD! This is a hard review to write because the truth is, the agent Tony Marciano is a good guy. He always returns calls and truly tries to support his clients. Stamford, CT was hit with a series of terrible storms, including Hurricane Sandy and I know Tony was inundated with calls of desperation from most of his clients...we were hit that bad. He was very busy but I always and I mean always felt he was trying to help me with my claims. I would give him 4.5 stars and Allstate 1! Allstate, as an insurance company stinks...no nice way to say it...they just do. I always felt like I was begging for support and for them to please pay me for my loss...come on guys... it was a hurricane! But even a hurricane can't convince this company it's a good idea to pay

Anthony Marciano and is his team are great to work with. They have a pool of insurance companies they work with so I am always able to get great pricing. Very professional and very responsive.
