Allstate Insurance Agent: Joe Evans

I have been a customer of the Joe Evans Allstate Agency since he purchased the business 5 years ago. My family has gone through many changes during his ownership which has required modifications to the policy during the last 5 years. They take care of the needed changes without complaint and treat us well. My wife and I have always found them to be personable, courteous, and attentive to our needs.

We love Allstate! We have very affordable coverage and whenever we need to call in to Joe's office, we are always taken care of. We definitely chose the right coverage for our family and we don't plan to change anytime in the future.

Every phone call has been helpful and easy. Recently my son was in an accident and before I got there I called this office to know what I needed. She was very friendly and helped me through a tough situation. Through the years I've been with them, I've only had good, positive outcomes to every conversation. Thank you guys!!!

I am giving a poor rating. This office is hard to work with and does not return calls about your policy. If you try to bother them about it they are very short on the phone. When telling owner about the shortness of the staff with a client " He says she's my sister she would not do that.
