I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience with State Farm car insurance, which has been quite unsatisfactory. I encountered an issue when my vehicle was mistakenly removed from my insurance policy. Once the error was corrected, I was unexpectedly charged as if it were a new vehicle. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, my agents were unhelpful, stating they could not take action on the matter, which was frustrating and disappointing. I was instructed to wait for several days for an update, but weeks went by without any communication from the agency. Ultimately, I was informed that there was no error on their part. Additionally, I faced complications following a minor accident, which they managed inadequately. Upon reviewing these issues with my new insurance provider,

Undoubtedly my worst experience with an Insurance agent and an insurance company. Had multiple vehicle insured through State Farm. Sold one of those vehicles couple of weeks ago. Immediately called State Farm to get that car off the insurance. I was assured it was done. Also left several messages on Allison's voicemail to get that confirmed. After 2 weeks, I continue to pay for the car that does not belong to me. My advise to everyone here, is do not just go by the 5-star reviews of a particular agent or company. Check the number of reviews that each of those reviewers have. If it is one or two, I wouldn't rate them as credible.

Allison R. helped us with life insurance policies for both me and my wife. When that was done she asked about our home and auto policies and she was able to help us get a better rate than we had before on all of those. I would recommend Allison to all my friends and relatives.

Update: My husband and I ran into a problem with this office. After 4 months dealing with a problem for a refund. A lady name Morgan reached out to me and helped resolve the problem. I’m updating my review because I honestly thought it was a lost cause but after a month she was able to resolve my issue. Thank you Morgan
