Allison McDaniel - State Farm Insurance Agent

No choice for zero stars. I have paid over $21k in 6 years to these people. Was hit head on by a car which is not my fault. Both vehicles covered by State Farm insurance. They offered half value of my car and absolutely zero customer service. They can not communicate between agencies and my side of State Farm has done absolutely nothing to help me. Over three months and no help with medical bills or anything. I did get a rental for a week just long enough for them to low ball me on my car. I can not tell you how bad the service is when you really need it. Us poor folks get nothing for our money. And when you finally get fed up and call them… circles is all you get. Thanks for nothing State Farm

’ve had the pleasure of doing business with the State Farm Allison McDaniels Agency for some time now, and they’ve always been pleasant and reliable. I contacted the agency today with a few questions about my insurance coverage and spoke with Brian Ortega. He spent a good amount of time reviewing my policy with me, was patient, very professional, and answered all of my questions. There was one question he wasn’t sure about, but he took the time to research it and called me back with the answer.
