This State Farm office was very helpful at explaining a change regarding my auto insurance policy. I spoke with Dan (if I’m remembering correctly) and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience. The price for home/auto insurance is reasonable but I would be willing even to pay slightly more due to the high level of customer support provided where you can speak to a local human almost immediately. AI and call centers could never replace that level of service.

They were absolutely AMAZING. Saved me over $50 a month and dropped my deductibles to the minimum plus renters insurance. Highly recommend. Very patient and answered all of my questions and got amazing coverage for my budget.

State Farm is a great company. Allison has processed all of our claimed without issues. Tara Is the one that initially helped us obtain our insurance. Tara is absolutely amazing! When we were buying our home we needed insurance fast and we were getting overwhelmed with the move itself, but Tara was able to help us get a great rate with our home and cars combined! We ended up adding life insurance as well as some other things that we have needed. She is an absolute blessing considering she thought about some things that my husband and I had not.

Excellent service and great customer care. I feel their support in any situation is appreciated and needed in my experience. You get what you pay for and have never felt I was just a policyholder. Thanks Allison and her team for being there for our family and community.

Tara really does a great job for me when I have things that I need to get done. Also when I have questions on different policies or if I want to add or subtract different things or situations. She’s very knowledgeable and prompt.
