My experience with Alliant Private Client Services has been extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out via email, I received no response from their contact person. This lack of communication was concerning, especially considering the nature of their services and the potential importance of timely responses. Moreover, even after multiple attempts to establish contact, there was no effort made to address my inquiries or provide assistance. The complete absence of service from a company that claims to cater to private clients is unacceptable. Furthermore, the communication from Alliant Private Client Services lacked basic common courtesy. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for clients' needs and concerns.
