Amanda was amazing. We worked together on an unusual case and her determination, professionalism and customer services was excellent. She is quick to respond and went above and beyond. Alliance & Associates are very lucky to have Amanda representing their company.

I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

We got our home owners insurance through Alliance & Associates with Avatar Insurance. At the beginning of April 2022 we received a letter from the Florida Department of Financial Services that Avatar was liquidated and our insurance would end on April 13. We had received no word from Alliance or Avatar about this. We had to scramble and managed to get a home inspection and new insurance just in time before the deadline. Alliance called me on April 21 (!!!) to tell me that Avatar had been liquidated. EIGHT DAYS after the deadline! She apologized and said that they found out the same way I did a few weeks ago and had been too busy to contact all customers in time. Good thing I had seen the letter from the Florida DFS or we would have lost our insurance and possibly gotten in trouble with our

Our family has used Dana Hamlin at Alliance and Associates in Jasper for Health and Auto coverage. She has always been very professional and willing to answer any questions we may have had.
