Was a customer for 20 years. Filed one claim. Then, all of the sudden I have phone calls from the agent and letters coming in telling me I need to spend thousands of dollars to make changes to the property or else ill be dropped. Went to state farm and moved all my properties to them. Easy. Don't insure anything with these people. They do not care about you.

Absolutely horrible service. Terrible follow up. My Brother cancelled his policy and has been calling for two weeks to find out where his refund is. They flat out have not returned one call. He has left 6 messages and has gotten ZERO return calls. Stay away from this company. When you are lucky enough to speak to the person you left a message with, they say I forwarded you message to the correct person.....ummmm OK where you going to let me know that since I left YOU the message.

We've had our insurance cancelled, and we still have to pay for half the year when we only received three weeks of coverage (that we didn't want in the first place). We've never made a single claim in the three years that we've been with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The worst insurance company I have every had to encounter.... my house was inspected by then and insured two years again and because I had a flood come through which flood insurance would not cover due to fema terms they wouldn’t cover anything! To top it off after all was said and done they sent me a cancelation notice saying that I wasn’t upkeeping my house and it had a poor design to begin with...... the worst insurance company ever! I hope the lawsuit shows good news because they are a joke and should not be providing services to any home owner!

Pay attention to the reviews here. Let me tell you that one of the reviewers, who gave a 5 star (without any comment), Sarah Zulof is actually an EMPLOYEE of the company. I have had multiple claims denied by the company for no valid reason. It is like they don't even understand their own language, and are just finding a reason to deny claims. This is daylight fraud. I plan to take legal action.
