Léa Mowbray has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been nothing but helpful and genuinely kind. My husband and I have been working with All risk since last year, at first they were extremely helpful loved the help they were providing. Our broker Léa Mowbray told us to reach out before our policy renewed in November which my husband did in the end of September and again at the end of October and we received no response. We are now in December our rates have increased . We have gone to CAA to get a quote from them and it’s $200 less than what we are currently paying which is great but to switch we would have to pay over $700 in the cancelation fee. Idk about you but we don’t have $700 to just toss in the trash. So for the past week we have been trying to get help from all risk, filing a complaint, calling daily and we keep getting the same response “we are working on it right now” , “I

I want to give you a zero star. This is a very unreliable insurance company. Joanne is my insurance broker and always takes care of business. However, I was looking for auto insurance because my auto policy was with a different company so I decided to call All Risk Insurance to keep all the homeowners' insurance from the same household under the same insurance company. I called two months ago to get an auto insurance quote because my policy was coming up for renewal. I called and emailed Beth and she agreed to send me a quote for my auto insurance before my renewal day. Well, she neglected me. She never called me with the auto quote that I previously asked her. She called me after several messages that I left with the receptionist and asked me for my license number. Beth, you ghosted and f
