Beware of this place. They set you up to be ripped off. No accidents, tickets or anything in years and I mean years but my premium is still rising without any explanation. I can’t even get a veteran discount on anything else for that matter. I’m gladly dropping this rip off insurance company and going elsewhere and if you’re not hard headed then you better listen to what I’m saying. You will regret it if you don’t.

Called on a Thursday for a homeowners insurance quote. Was told it would take an hr and id get a call back. I waited until Monday to call back after never receiving a call. Was told the lady was out sick and would return Tuesday. Called Tuesday same said she would return Wednesday. Called today and was told it was here the whole time by the same person that never returned my call. Then proceeded to tell me the quote is for over $1,000 for the year. No other details deductible or anything. Brand new home, I believe that to be a lie. Not to mention I called for a quote last year and never got a call back. They are supposed to have the cheapest rates. They dont and are very unprofessional.

Used them at the recommendation of an attorney for a surety bond (required when appointed someone’s guardian). Had to call and ask for the bill at renewal time and it took three calls to actually get the bill. “Got lost in the mail” over and over. At second renewal, had to hassle them to send a bill so that I could turn it over to the court to prove it was paid. When I received that bill, the date range was in a different font and almost appeared to have been whited out and typed over. Had several problems receiving the invoice and was told it must have got lost in the mail numerous times.
