We found out too little too late how grossly unprofessional Angelika and her partner are. Anywhere from not returning phone calls, emails, failing to provide requested documentation, to not looking out for their clients in finding the most affordable rates. In our case Angelika opted to accept coverage on our behalf from a carrier charging more than DOUBLE in premiums, all the while telling us we didn't have any other options. After we grew disenchanted with constantly having to chase her down, we shopped around, found an incredible agent and low and behold we are now insured with a carrier that originally provided quotes to Angelika at a substantially lower rate than what the other carrier quoted..... She's lucky we haven't filed a lawsuit, but the insurance board will certainly be hear
