All Kids Insurance

Tried to renew for days. Reset password multiple times. Even called and talked with a rep and reset the password while she walked me through the steps. Was assured that everything on their end was working but still couldn't log in. tried from multiple computers with the same result. Called them back and got the same rep. Was basically told, WITH ATTITUDE, too bad so sad. Its your problem not ours. Mail in the application and it will be retroactive IF APPROVED...MAYBE...EVENTUALLY. This was a month ago and have not heard anything back. I guess right now I have 3 kids without any type of insurance.

5 stars! This a fantastic program that I wish would extend to all people- but that's not why I'm reviewing today. Cassie called me for some clarification about my families' application, and she left me with some encouragement for my child who is no longer eligible (due to his educational pursuits in another state), as well as just some kind words. This is a fantastic program, and I appreciate the work of people like Cassie who work to keep children who may not have other options insured, as well as care about our kids! Thank you AllKids! We are so grateful for y'all!

How do you not have an email address? It doesn’t even cost money. Fax is obsolete. And apps by mail? Are you kidding me? Here’s another shocking idea- crest an ‘apply online!’ Wow! Save time and money. Could give better benefits, lower premiums, and lower state taxes. It’s 2020 people.

They make it incredibly, mind boggling, ridiculously difficult to insure your children. The website never functions properly, the reset links can take hours to be sent to your email, the customer service is of no help when you call. They refer you to the website which is an utter waste of time and resources because the website never works!!

Line is always busy and I submitted this application well over 2 weeks ago and you can’t speak to no one. 😡
