I love this place… Have been using them for years. They are helpful and get you the best deal plus if you need to file a claim they are fast and they explain everything to you unlike most company’s who just cut a check and dip

Unprofessional and poor communication skills. Nobody in the office knows whats going on. They tell you one thing cancel your insurance with no heads up. This place is a scam. Multiple times these people told me i would be set up on automatic payments just to email me end of day on Friday telling me my insurance was canceled, with no heads up or warning. They did this to me multiple times charging me fees each time to reinstate my insurance. Needless to say I discontinued my insurance with them as soon as i learned about there scam.

I have been with these women for years. They are always cheerful and happy to help. I only see them a couple times a year, but they know who I am when I walk in the door.
