I have State Farm insurance. Today I spoke with Stephanie, who was helping me do a review on my current insurance policy. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was knowledgeable, friendly, appreciative of my account, patient and thorough. I was very impressed with her and I’m glad someone like her is available to talk to about any issues I might have. I’ve been very pleased with State Farm and their willingness to take care of any issues I have. I believe employees like Stephanie are critical to having a great business and just wanted to express what my meeting with her was like.

Working with Stephanie at State Farm has been great. I recently completed a move from TN to AR, and she was extremely helpful in examining my current policies and transferring them over. Once we closed on the new house, she followed up to make sure things went smoothly. Awesome communicator. Definitely would recommend working with her.

Melissa Olson really helped clarify the policies available to me if I returned to State Farm from Travelers. I like having a person and agency close by to advise me vs a broker some distance from my home. We spoke by phone, gathered information via email with policy proposal attachments and scheduled a face-to-face to review options. Instead of looking for the cheapest coverage, it's worth it to me to have support close to home and the great electronic support available through their safety and security programs. Best interaction I've ever had.

New review. Left one a year ago for 5 stars but it had no information. Alicia Moore, love her. She was very patient and thorough helping me setup my insurance plan perfect for me. It was my first time doing this and she made it super ease and stress-free. Martha, I've spoken to a few times for general support and payment issues and she is the sweetest.
