Nice people at this local office. However they don’t seem to read or respond to client emails— really annoying. State Farm as a company fails to notify motor vehicles or the bank, in case of a lien, in a timely fashion. I have to put far more time into working with State Farm than I put into working with an independent agent over the past 30 years combined! Less expensive than my previous insurance, so I guess you get what you pay for!
After being a long time customer she couldn’t even bother to call me or email me back when I needed her. The office was happy to take my annual premium since 2010, but when I actually needed their services they couldn’t even bother to pick up the phone to speak to me. Huge disappointment.
