Alice Parmer: Allstate Insurance

Anytime I need support or questions regarding my Allstate Insurance, I simply call the Parmer Agency and am greeted on the phone by the receptionist. If she cannot help me, she immediately transfers the call to an agent. The agents take the time to answer questions, but also want the customers to make sure they are getting the best rates available. I would recommend this group to anyone in the Alexander City area.

Alice, Wayne and Barbara have been so awesome to deal with after totaling my car. They were so nice and helpful through the whole process. Could not ask for a better group to deal with. I recommend Alice very highly.

I love my Allstate insurance but my agent has given my husband and myself the blues. My vehicle was recently damaged while parked at work and my agent filed the claim on me instead of the person who hit me. They had Allstate as well but the claim was on me. They tried to get me to pay a deductible, which I wasn’t going to do. My husband has contacted home office to get his claims settled. Deloris who was previously there was very getto and unprofessional. Overall I like Allstate but not pleased with my agent.

Allstate was an okay company to have auto insurance with. I cancelled for cheaper insurance through someone else. I was confused as to why my policy stated a certain amount due and called Delores to cancel and question that. Delores stated I had already been cancelled and refused to explain why and just insisted on telling me I haven’t paid in two months when I had indeed paid. I tried to send screenshots of bank statements and she stated I have already explained this to you, very rudely and stated the payments didn’t go thru. She didn’t care to hear anything I said nor did she care to explain anything further. I checked the Allstate app after getting off the phone with Delores and the amount owed MYSTERIOUSLY changed and it finally showed the policy was cancelled on the date I called, not
