Al Elk and his team has assisted me, my family, friends and many clients for over 4 decades. Always great service and a positive outcome. With a claim, your insurance company is representing themselves and you need someone like Al Elk to represent you.

I'm not sure how there are positive reviews here but what I would suggest is you review this company online and you will see dozens of negative reviews, including on Angie's List and Yelp. They all same what i'm saying here, very slow, unresponsive, very lazy and doesn't seem to want to work. Just wants your check. I was helping my Aunt after her house fire and my experience has been horrible. We had to provide documents for everything, images of checks, invoices, and all that is normal but we had to track and log everything in excel before he would accept it. I labeled every check and listed with an invoice in the excel document so you could look up each one and how they were related and he could still not figure it out. Shouldn't it be his job to get the information we send and organiz
