Alfa Insurance

From the moment I initiated contact with Brandon it took days for a response. We finally got multiple quotes (with and without auto) we initiated the lower quote with autos but changed our mind and notified the office promptly. No follow up was done on Brandon’s part and it wasn’t until I reached out to him on my own and learned our policy would be cancelled because we didn’t swap auto over as well, although his office knew about the change for over a month. I wouldn’t deal with Brandon, go with another agent.

Great service fair price. After being with Geico for years we priced homeowners insurance they were insanely high not only did Alfa save us money on a homeowner's policy but they saved us on out car insurance as well. Even if they would have been higher the the high quality of customer would be worth any extra spent. Ben Gerhart is always a phone call away. He has helped me and answered questions after hours many times. He's awesome, Alfa's awesome.

I’ve used Alfa in Vernon for over 4 years for my 2 cars and house. I called today to get some information since my husband passed away a few months ago to find out that my insurance was cancelled 2 months ago. I was shocked and upset. I never received a call or anything. After speaking with Brandon he calmly said that my rate was going up by $100 due to their new system and I may want to call progressive. I could not believe what I was hearing. I travel all over the US in the hospitality industry and could not believe this. I understand that Alfa’s are individually owned and operated, however I will never use Alfa again. Very disappointing.

Can’t say enough about Brandon Cockerham and Alpha insurance. He is easily assessable by cell phone when you need him! I told him what I needed and he made it happen within minutes. If you’re looking for an insurance agent that’s going to be on your side this is your guy. Check him out he might just save you some money!! Saved me a pretty substantial amount!

Ben Gerhart is the best insurance agent I have ran across. Gives off the feeling that we southerners love. Really cares about what I need.
