Alfa Insurance - The Rooker Agency

Brad Rooker and team do a great job of serving the customer. When we switched from Nationwide to Alfa a few years ago they saved us a considerable amount on our premiums. If you are looking for a good insurance agent I would recommend giving Brad and his team a call.

We have all of our business and personal insurance with Brad Rooker/Woodstock Office! He always goes above and beyond to help us. Since he started in that office he has never pressured us to purchase any type of insurance. His staff is top notch, they always are very friendly and helpful! Prices are much better than State Farm and other insurance agencies. We’ve had claims, and he stays on top of those to make sure you are getting taken care of and our rates didn’t go up!

Commercials encourage you to try certain brand insurances where you never meet an agent, and all correspondence is done through phone, and mail. I’d rather shop locally and have a face to a name, and I’ve been with Alfa for years. Brad Rooker is my agent, and I know if I broke down or had a flat and needed him, I could call him. You can’t beat the loyalty to his customers!
