I had to deal with a new hire who was not very knowledgeable. Therefore, there has been so much bad information given and alot of calls apologizing for mistakes. I actually made a decision to do business based on bad/incorrect information given regarding the amount of the premium and deductible. The agency needs to do a better job of training their staff.
