Alfa took care of my family members insurance for about 10 years. I assisted with her finances for last 2 years including her home and car insurance. Alfa provides exceptional poor customer service. The agent failed to answer both phone calls and emails. During the process of purchasing her a new house, Tyler Johnson could not get a new quote together when asked repeatedly. I was obligated to change groups to ensure I could get questions answered, and an acceptable level of quality. Lastly after finally chaining groups, it took multiple request to have the old policy cancelled. I am hoping this failure is due to just standard incompetence, and the inability to have an organized office, and not an attempt to bilk customers by dragging an unneeded policy for an extended period of time
