Rob and the Alfa team are fantastic. They responded extremely quickly and I spoke to him, a member of his staff, and an adjuster the same day I reached out to file the claim. Nobody likes paying for insurance, but when you have to file a claim this is the type of service and response you need. They did not hassle me one bit when it came to covering the claim and worked directly with the collision shop for billing purposes.
