We highly recommend Mrs. Rachel Crane with ALFA Insurance Company located in front of Wal-Mart in Pearl, Mississippi. We’ve been using ALFA, specifically through Mrs. Rachel for many years and find her staff as well as herself to be very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of insurance needs. As of this date, all calls have been returned promptly and inquiries answered sufficiently in language that is explained (Insurance Jargon can be confusing) and understandable!
