Fantastic service by Candace Byers! Thank goodness for her knowledge of Insurance

Candace takes amazing care of my entire family. My parents, my sister, and my husband and I (multiple households). She is trustworthy, kind, personable, knowledgeable and just a wonderful agent. She is honest and always willing to help/assist us with all of our insurance needs. We have ALOT of insurance and we spend alot of money for all of our coverage. It's a Sunday afternoon and I decided to shop for new auto insurance. I am on my way to a 2nd church service and can't actually talk but I can text well Candace goes above and beyond and communicates with me through text message and gets my husband and I set up with a new policy. Thank you so much. Leaving three stars because our claims were both completed, but the process was an unnecessary ordeal. We insured with Alfa after a new home purchase. We’d always heard they were the best insurance, that was not our experience. Shortly after moving into our new home we had to file a home owner’s insurance claim because the plumber we hired to update our faucets used a part that broke causing massive water damage. We called Candace who told us to go through the plumber’s insurance and offered little guidance beyond that. Meanwhile my childrens’ bedrooms were unusable and risking mold growth. After a week or two of back and forth we finally successfully filed with our insurance and they went into subrogation with the plumber’s insurance. Getting the work done was an ordeal. Shawn and his team are great. Both claims that I have had have been processed seamlessly. Shawn has always been proactive with letting me know details about my policy that I didn’t realize. For example when an HVAC unit went out and heard he let me know that the particular policy i had covered some of the cost. His team in the office are so polite and always quick to take care of any thing me or my wife need. I recommend Shawn Payne to anyone and everyone.
