For as long as I can recall, my family and I have relied on Mike for insurance. Not once have any of us encountered a negative experience with him or his team! They have always went above and beyond for any issues we may have.
Angel spoke down to my daughter and was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Avoid her AT ALL costs. My daughter was in an accident and called to ask a question and she threw her two cents in where it didn’t belong. I called her out on her rudeness and she hung up in my face when i said that i will be placing a complaint against her nasty mouth.
Make sure you compare shop yearly.
Angel and Mike are exceptional people. They are always working with the customers needs at the top of their priority list. I am very glad to be insured by Alfa.
Mike and Angel is very hopeful and they are the nicest people you will ever meet they help you with what ever they can over all I recommend going there
