I left messages for him to call me for a week about some changes in my life insurance policy. When I called back on Friday I was told he left at 10 AM for the weekend. I changed my agent and never want to do business with him again.
Was upset with the company Trexis and I took my frustration out on the receptionist and I was totally wrong and apologized for my behavior. Mrs. Sheryl called back and she helped me out as she always do. I would definitely recommend Kyle office for your insurance purposes. If I could give a 100 stars I would.
I had insurance with another agent that was unsatisfactory in his actions. I called Kyle on a whim and he helped me ! Would recommend him to anyone looking for insurance help.
