Very unprofessional!! Took over a year to get husband's name off account after he passed. And automatically they lowered the insured amount, but didn't lower the premium. I then got a quote after improvements were made, I accepted the quote...come to find out, it was a lie.. They sure do have a fancy new office though!!
This place is great. Everyone is organized and helpful. I switched from State Farm. It was a great decision. I am very pleased.
One of the most unorganized offices I've ever encountered. They will just straight up lie, and tried to pull some HIGHLY illegal stunts on me. Don't trust this office.
