The perfect example of incompetence!! Customers, policies & DEBIT CARDS mixed up! When confronted with questions they couldn't answer I was blamed then asked "well, aren't you getting your money back?!" To have almost $300 taken out of your account, with no apology then blame you is ridiculous!! They aren't worth a 1 star rating but it was the only way I could share my horrible experience...
