You can't get in touch with them on a Sunday if something happens! They 24 hour number isn't really 24 hours! I had to wait until Monday to file my claim and they told me someone would come look at my vehicle within the next 24 to 48 hours and NO ONE has come out to look at my car yet and today is Wednesday, about to be Thursday! Where the heck are they and what the Heck are they doing?? Yes this insurance is cheap/affordable but don't expect them to answer the phones or do anything in a timely fashion! Horrible claims department!
