Amazing service provided by Brooke and Leslie! I hit an animal around 12:30 pm and I had a claim submitted and approval for a rental car by 4:30 pm the same day!

Hometown feel while they take your money but once there is a problem you learn real quick that they can't do anything about it. They have to email billing and billing will only give back money like never. The customer service call center don't know there job. And now Everytime I call Pell city there's never anyone there apparently. Straight to voicemail I'm sure my number comes up on caller id and they don't want to take my call. Mr. Wilson told me that there was probably nothing that could be done as they was just agents. So if the agents can't get money back for ya that the company stole, then what exactly is a agents job( take your money with a smile , sell you a policy with no guarantee that Alfa will follow through).
