Alfa Insurance - Brandy Estes Agency

I cannot brag enough on my ALFA Insurance Agent Brandy Estes!!! My car broke down at The Summit in Birmingham this past Friday night and I am from Northport which is an hour away! I called ALFA’s Roadside Assistant Company (Quest) but they never came. She recommended a towing company for me to call to come get my car! She also sent me their number! The towing company was very professional and very caring! This was a Friday night and Brandy was on her own personal time but did not hesitate to help, advise and support me in my time of need! She even offered to come get me and take me home! Talk about personal service!!
