Alfa Insurance

My husband and I have been with Alfa for 8+ years for home, auto and life. We've had no problem; they understand we just want to be insured and don't bother us with extra nit-picky stuff. They do their best to get us what we need, when we need it, whether that be auto insurance cards, claims adjuster, etc. I've compared prices to MULTIPLE insurance companies, and Alfa remains the best! Give them a shot :)

Now this may seems strange but yeah this happen. I filed a claim on my car due to a flooded road messing up the front of my bumper (no other choice but to drive through it). This happen three weeks after joining Alfa, something I had no control over. After I filed my claim, got my rental car, car got fixed, and was returning my rental car. I got a notice in the mail saying I was being dropped for filing claim to early and not having my insurance long enough. YES! what kind of policy is that? So, if you purchase new car, get Alfa insurance, pull off the lot and get into a car accident, yeah you'll have to get another insurance agency because they will drop you. The office staff is nice, beautiful and friendly, but those policy is messed up. Ruined my whole afternoon.

Alfa has some silly policies that they obviously do not communicate well to the consumer and/or their Agents. I had alfa to drop me on different policies, but my Agent ( Mike Stacy) was Johnny on the spot and got everything corrected ASAP. I have never had a Agent do so much for me. He's the best. I would have given 5 stars but because of Alfa and their silly policies they won't. 5 Stars for Mike and the other office staff! Alfa 3 stars.

Went in the atmore office to change bank information for all my auto pay the woman at the desk was a little rude told me I needed a check told her I had all my bank information on my phone never looked at it told me to go to the bank then I called and they said all I have to do was fill out a paper in the office so basically she was not wanting to do her job so I will find another insurance company that actually wants my business and not lie and make you waste a trip to the office for nothing

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They dropped us from homeowners insurance coverage after two small claims totaling less than $5000 for both claims. I thought that was what insurance was for.
