I needed a tow back home on January first, I had a flat tire in Menlo Park and needed a tow back home and there was almost no open businesses which would have a tire replacement for my car, as the tire was no longer usable due to a cut on the sidewall of the tire, which meant it could not be fixed but needed replacement. I stopped at the nearest gas station when I got a warning of low tire pressure, and the gas station was closed for the day. The tire is a run flat and even though I could have made it back, it could have been dangerous to try driving back the 20 miles back home. The policy states that State Farm will pay to take me to the nearest repair facility, but it doesn't say anything about the facility being open and or having the tire replacement on hand. Our former State Farm agent's office was difficult to directly talk with, non-responsive and did not follow through on new quotes and other requests. How refreshing to have an agent's office I can directly contact without going to voicemail all the time. The Anderson office has been great in correcting all the errors from the previous office and responding to our requests. I am so glad we changed agents!
