They are the best. I'm German and they take their time to explain everything to me. They were the first insurance company which asked me about my education, other places put on my paper, not working single woman. It's a great feeling to found a place where I can trust.

My wife texted them on their web page, called them and left a message on Saturday and still no contact,(Thursday) if this is how they treat potential new customers, I would hate to see how they treat exsisting.

I called for a home insurance quote and although was told they would transfer me, they were backed up and it would be a couple of months for coverage????
