Was with this company for over 20 years 2 different houses, several vehicles. The last 3 times I've called. They told me to go somewhere else. Since when do people give up business they've had for over 20 years. I'm not happy with this service. Heather was my rep. Never met her in person. I always did business over the phone and. Give this number to other people to use and this is the service I got at the end. Call somebody elses what she said Carl. Somebody else no reasons why.
We have been with Alexander Insurance for years. Ask for Dawn! She is the best! Knowledgeable,professional and ALWAYS responds quickly.
Good place to have insurance. I have known agents since 1965.
