Alexander Brown - State Farm Insurance Agent

Our insurance agent retired and our policies were transferred to Alexander Brown’s office. My wife and I wanted to review our policies so we contacted his office. We left a voicemail and waited for a response. The agent who called seemed to be driving and had a heavy accent so I asked her to return the call when she was back in the office. This was 1/5 and we are still waiting. For an office that only posted 5 star reviews, they dropped the ball with us.

the Great customer service across the board. I called for quote and spoke to Chris. He gave me the best experience when it came to talking about auto insurance. I am new to getting insurance but he explained everything i needed to know with out trying to up sell me. Even when talking about other companies he knew they can be competitive and give you the best price based on your needs. I strongly recommend calling and asking for Chris if you ever need any assistance.

Mike is literally the best agent and so sweet! He goes above and beyond helping me and always responds in a timely manner when answering all my questions. When I needed updates to my policy he did it with no problem. I enjoy working with him!
