In August 15 2025 I call agent I'm not going to mancione any names I removed my car 2009 the talk don't to worry about asay ok but I find out the she never removed my policy of that car .and August 21 I removed another car 2012 also she talk me don't worry about i got you and a month later they sent me a invoice changed me thos 2 car. I have to call the costumer service central to fixed my problem and still not resolved. I think they need a better worker with more capacity to take care all costumer..

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Unlike most companies, state farm does not provide the declaration page on their website. Which shouldn't be a major problem, just a minor inconvenience. So i called them about 4 different times and sent them a message via their secure messaging system on his website and still have not received it. Their customers service is horrible.

Customer service is nonexistent. One rep will tell you one thing and another a completely different story. I signed up for auto pay and after the money was not taken out past the due date I called them, only to find out they had not saved my bank information to withdraw the money. The week after I changed my vehicle in the policy, I received 7 different letters stating different new policy charges. Their excuse was, and always is, the main office must have made a mistake. Really?

I have been a State Farm customer since I started driving and I do have to say I am very satisfied with the customer service of this company. All of the employees are very helpful and respectful. They also try to help you to the best of their ability.
