Kristine at State Farm was absolutely incredible to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to look at every option available to help me save money. I really enjoy working with Alex and his team. Although SF is generally more expensive for me in auto, I really appreciate the detail the team takes to serve the customer. Kristine, Alex and Trey are great at explaining coverages. I also really like the SF Personal Articles policy since it provides really good coverages that would provide a cash payout in the event of loss. The policy is independent of other Home/Renters policies.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. My wife and purchased home and auto insurance with them. We were supposed to get a $178 credit which they kept assuring us we would be credited on the next bill and it has never happened. It’s been months. They quoted our auto insurance for $158 a month but we are being charged $268. Every time my wife speaks to them to get answers, no one knows. They keep brushing us off saying they will get back to us and never does. Not even a follow up phone call saying they are working on it. Just dead silence for months unless we reach out and it’s always that they’ll get back to us. My wife left a google review and now they say they were gathering information and tried to reach out. If they were gathering information then they could have emailed or called letting

Kristine has been helping me handle a claim on life insurance policy. Never a good thing to do but she has made it a simple procedure for me. Easy to work with and very professional.
