Have always been treated like family here. Have been with this office for 20 plus years. We have 5 vehicles and 2 homes insured with Alex Davis. Highly recommend!!

We bought a car in lymn and couldn't insur it over the phone but luckily there was an all state close by so as I'm sitting and talking to Alex Davis so nice and helpful to me when I don't use this office, I was so impressed with the over all experience I went home and told my husband that I wanted an insurance agent like him. After a nerve racking phone call trying to find out why my police went up almost $100 per month with the traveler's rest office that I can never get a straight answer and has never made us feel as warm and welcoming as lymn it's been more of a chore. As a long time Allstate customer... 25 plus years... I felt compelled to terminate my Insurance with Allstate...premiums rising at an unacceptable rate!!!!!...Saved a large amount of money between auto and homeowners insurance by switching companies...you would think as a long time Allstate customer they would try to help you out but unfortunately that is not the case. Their only response to my switching was ...your new company will raise your rate too after sign on...so what if they do at least for now I’m SAVING MONEY!!!! But even if that happens I definitely don’t think it will be nearly as high as Allstate!!!!!!
