I relocated to California back in 2005 but didn't get my first vehicle until a few years later. State Farm has been the only insurance I used for coverage and like most of you, those State Farm commercials with "Jake" were both creative and hilarious and felt familiar because it represented my insurance experience. I can honestly say in the midst of rising insurance rates, my State Farm representative, "Carlos Nieto," has always been a fantastic support! I want to recognize Carlos for always being a professional, considerate, and knowledgeable of my policy and coverage needs. Carlos has always provided excellent customer service and has always been there to get me through whatever my insurance needs call for. I’ve been with several Statefarm agents in the past and was lucky enough to find Alex through a friend. With multiple policies he is able to organize all the policy’s to my best interest. He is the best of the best in the insurnace industry. Quick response to questions and changes and knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend Alex and his team for your insurance needs.
