I had a great experience working with the State Farm office, especially Sara and Angelica. They were always prompt, professional, and extremely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Although I ultimately had to move to a different carrier due to pricing, I truly appreciated the level of service and support I received from this office. They made everything easy and were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for responsive and reliable service.

VERY VERY disappointing. I had life insurance with them since 202, and this past September, Alex's assistant, Sara, emailed me, letting me know that I could change my policy from 20-year to 30-year or permanent and that over $600 in rollover credits would be available to me. After going through the underwriting process, my premium was much higher than quoted. Although I understand this can be quite common, I was only told the $600 rollover credit was applicable to permanent life insurance--after I had ALREADY signed for a 30-year term policy!!!! When I asked to have my policy reverted back to a 20-year policy, this appeal was denied. For months, I was stuck somehow paying for both policies with very confusing reasoning as to why that was. I'll be honest, this felt like a bait and switch.

5 stars isn't enough. You need your insurance companies help in some of the most difficult times in your life and they have been there for me in several no fault accidents, making sure that I got everything that I was entitled to and have always looked out for me and my family first. Terrific people to work with. Highly, highly recommend.

Every experience with my agency is always wonderful. My most recent today with Sara is typical of her. 100% professional, always knowledgeable and informed and extremely easy to work with. She made the changes to my policy instantly and followed up with email documentation. Highly recommend Alex and his team for insurance.

Alex handles all of my insurance needs. Whether it's personal or commercial, he is my go to guy to be properly insured and help me sleep at night knowing that no matter what happens, I am going to be ok financially in the event of an accident. When I was first shopping around 4 years ago, he was the cheapest. My rates have barely gone up over 4 years (they actually went down because one of my accidents fell off after the required time period). He does such a good job, communicates with me so regularly, and triple checks everything so much so that in 4 years, it hasn't even crossed my mine to shop around for a better price.
