After the bad storm in March. Aldridge Insurance was immediately at our house making a report of damage and I think within a couple of weeks we got a check, a complete new roof and the downed tree was gone. Aldridge Insurance is easy to work/talk with and thay are on top of any damage you my have. VERY HAPPY 😊

Mike is very helpful, explains policy options well, and is quick to pivot when multiple policies are being considered, which is very helpful to us. My colleague recommended Aldridge as we were unhappy with our current policy, and Mike helped us find a great policy at a great price.

Mike Parks with Aldridge was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive and timely with quotes via phone, text, and email. He made it a pretty easy process even while I was very busy with work. I felt like all his quotes were very competitive and that he did his very best to get me the what price he could across multiple insurance companies. It's also very nice having someone local who can help you with anything insurance related as compared to waiting on hold for an hour while calling a call center.
