Edmund Yearsley has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life! I called to translate for my mom who’s first language is Spanish. Extremely unprofessional! This man is in one word RUDE! Any question I asked politely he responded in such a rude way. Even after keeping my composure and asking him why he was speaking to me in such a tone of voice he hung up on me. Mind you this is first time I called him but I assure you the last! If you want to be unjustly mistreated go to him for insurance. I actually have Erie insurance and I must say I will recommend my mom to them and anyone else. BEWARE of this business. I had an appointment with them at their Broken Arrow Oklahoma location in which I confirm the appointment. I showed up and it was a different business. I then proceeded to call Ed to make sure I had the correct address in which he gave me an address in a different state and basically laughed at me and hung up. There are great insurance companies out there like farmers, State farm and Allstate. I would stick with the main brands. If this company is legitimate which is in question the owner Ed is incredibly unprofessional. My advice is run.
