It's been a month and still have not received settlement. They have no customer service skills. An adjuster with grange totaled vehicle out without viewing vehicle. The settlement is 1000.00 less than a similar mileage and year vehicle on the market. All around wouldn't recommend to my enemy. I had to take care of all the paperwork. They sent in a pdf on my phone and it was up to me to get printed off. I had to make all the calls to loan company. It was the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I had to call dail6requesting they do their job..
